We stand behind the curation of our creators. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description, we've got you covered.

The MENDA Guarantee

For our more accessible finds, we respect your time and the planet's carbon footprint.

  • Eligibility: Select products marked with the MENDA Guarantee badge.
  • The Rule: If there is a verified issue with the product, you will receive a full refund and you are welcome to keep the item as a gift. No return shipping required.
  • Requirements: Email support@mymenda.com within 14 days of delivery with a clear photo demonstrating the defect or damage. This photo proof is required for all MENDA Guarantee refunds.

Non-Guarantee Items

For items not eligible for the MENDA Guarantee, contact support@mymenda.com within 14 days of delivery if your product arrives damaged or defective. We will provide a full refund or replacement.
